Vamper provides a platform connecting employers and freelancers/IT students. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:
  • Accounts must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
  • Do not use the platform for scams or to harm others.
  • Vamper may suspend or terminate accounts if violations are detected.

2) Privacy & data

We collect only the necessary data to operate the service and improve user experience.
  • Personal data (email, profile) is stored for verification and to support transactions.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties unless legally required.
  • You may request data correction or deletion in accordance with regulations.

3) Payments & refunds

Payments/refunds depend on contract status and the confirmation process of the parties involved.
  • Service fees (if any) will be clearly displayed before payment.
  • Refunds apply only when a transaction qualifies under the policy.
  • Transactions may be delayed if fraud risks are detected.

4) Prohibited content

It is strictly prohibited to post or exchange the following content on Vamper:
  • Illegal content, hate incitement, or violence.
  • 18+ or sensitive content that is not suitable for a learning/working environment.
  • Scam/phishing links, malware, or instructions for unauthorized intrusion.

5) Disputes & reports

If issues arise, prioritize communication between parties. If unresolved, you can submit a report for Vamper to assist.
  • Provide evidence (messages, files, timestamps) for faster handling.
  • Vamper may restrict accounts if fraudulent behavior is detected.
